About Maryline:
I started yoga ten years ago in London and before long, the benefits I felt made me want to share my passion with others. I completed my Teacher Training with the Life Centre in May 2007. I have studied different forms with a variety of teachers to gain as much insight into the practice as possible and taught Hatha Yoga for two years before completing my specialised Pregnancy Yoga course with Uma Dinsmore Tuli in London.
From then on, my interests have been towards helping future mums live a relaxed pregnancy and assist them in the preparation of labour and birth. I like the classes to be felt like a special time in the week, where mums can really let go and restore their energy whilst having fun and socialising.
