Teacher Training Foundation Year at Bodywise

Pauline Sawyer, one of the core teachers from the Inner Yoga Trust (previously known as Heart Yoga) will lead this course. This is the first year of a fully accredited programme which aims to open you to the path of yoga, develop your intuition and equip you to pass on the teaching of postures, breathing and yoga philosophy.
