These drop-in group classes use Alexander’s discoveries and apply them to a wide range of activities. Many of us continue to work from home and need a break, schedule yours now. You bring your questions, requests and I’ll devise the session. Everyone welcome, for both those new to the Alexander Technique and anyone interested in continuing their study.
