Feldenkrais workshop with Anne Robertson
Free your upper back, neck and shoulders
Many of us experience neck pain, shoulder limitations or discomfort in the upper back. A situation perhaps exacerbated by more time in front of the computer during lockdown.
This workshop will explore ways to improve mobility throughout the spine and find better support for your head and arms. Improving the relationship of the upper back to the shoulders will promote healing and help to prevent further difficulties.
