Introductory Workshop: Exploring Family Constellations
Explore our Introductory Workshop at Bodywise Natural Health Centre, on the second floor of the Manchester Buddhist Centre building, as Lucy Ascham guides you through the profound work of Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations. This workshop serves as entry point for anyone curious about family dynamics and their impacts on personal well-being. Over the course of several hours, participants will gain embodied insights into the often-unseen influences of family history and intergenerational traumas, as well as the intricate web of connections that shape our lives.
The introductory session is a welcoming embodied experience for exploration, self-discovery, and sharing, making it ideal for individuals eager to understand their familial patterns and the legacies that influence their present. Through simple exercises and group explorations, we will map out someone’s family system showing the hidden resources and any difficult fates they are carrying. Working together in simple, gentle and considered ways, I will guide you to really see the truth of what happened and start to untangle the ways you may be trapped by what is left-over and unprocessed. We will choose a name out of the hat on the evening for that piece of work. But everyone will get a chance to do a mini constellation and experience the powerful work for themselves.
