We will learn shiatsu routines for you to use with family and friends; we will do exercises to support our own energy; we will get acquainted with some excellent acupressure points.
A friendly group, and supportive teachers, at Bodywise Natural Health Centre, central Manchester.
Cost £160 for the weekend.
You can continue into Year 1 of our training course after this weekend, if you enjoy it and feel inspired!
