Shiatsu College Open Morning class in the Bodywise Studio
Looking for something new for the New Year?
Come and join us for a morning of shiatsu, acupressure, movement and exercises. You will learn some great acupressure points, share some basic shiatsu, and join in with class exercises like Qigong and stretches.
You are welcome to attend if you are new to shiatsu; if you have done some shiatsu classes or training before; or if you are a graduate or shiatsu practitioner already!
If you are considering training with us, this is a chance to meet some of the teachers and students at the Shiatsu College Manchester. You can stay for our bring-and-share lunch after the session.
