Aemilia’s style of yoga teaching combines dynamic, flowing movement with stilling, calming postures to experience yoga as a deepening awareness of breath, cultivating peace of mind. Drawing inspiration from the Krishnamacharya lineage, Hatha and other classical yoga teachers, she brings an emphasis on a deepening mindful inquiry and embodied open awareness of oneself.
