We are now running weekly Feldenkrais classes again, plus a monthly Yin and Restorative Yoga class and a weekly Power Yoga class.
Whilst the Yin & Restorative class has been going since December, the Feldenkrais and Power Yoga classes started during the course of February. All classes are suitable for all levels of experience (including complete beginners).
Saara Kavanagh is welcoming you every Thursday 7-8pm for the weekly Awareness Through Movement Feldenkrais class. You can drop in for your first class, but please book for further classes. You can also book 4 consecutive classes to get a discount.
On Fridays, Karina Harwood is running her Power Yoga class 12.15-1.15pm. Power yoga is a combination of vinyasa yoga mixed with building strength.
And finally every first Friday of the month, Sofie Swindlehurst helps you transition from week to weekend mode with her Yin and Restorative Yoga class 6.30-7.45pm. Expect longer held, more supported asanas and therapeutic pranayama.
