We are really happy to announce an addition to our Yoga offering! Juliana Proskourina is now teaching slow flow and fluid hatha classes for all levels of experience from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners every Monday 7.30-8.30pm and every Wednesday 4.15-5.15pm.
