After being introduced to yoga as a child by my grandmother, I’ve always been drawn to the practice. I found it freeing and it got me out of my mind and feeling self conscious. Practicing consistently for 6 years, I completed my 200-hour vinyasa flow teacher training course with Andrea Everingham in 2022. Andrea trained in the Jivamukti approach to yoga, and as her student prior to training too, this very much influences my teaching style.
You can expect to gain understanding of the philosophy of yoga, as we move with the breath awareness through a strong yet calming class. The classes are catered to all abilities offering progressions or modifications depending on ability. I have a lighthearted approach and want to help people find their playful, non judgemental qualities.
Yoga transformed my state of mind to find peace and focus in my life. My mission is help you find connection to your mind and body, creating a space where you can relate to yourself with kindness. Over time this will pour into your life and help you to live with a sense of ease.
I offer group classes in the Northern Quarter and have availability for 1:1s. I am looking forward to sharing my experience with you.
Please get in touch with me if you have any questions or would like to book a session.
