How to book a Yoga course or Workshop
1. Check availability
Please contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can letting you know if there are spaces. When you’ve paid your £20 deposit, it’s then a confirmed booking.

2. Pay your deposit
Once you have heard from us there is a space, pay your £20 deposit – paypal/cash/cheque
Choose your course/workshop below. Please note this will cost you £1 – it will show £21 total
- CASH or CHEQUE
Bring in your cash payment – please use an envelope, include your name, tel number and which course it’s for. Make cheques payable to R.Cole (Padmadarshini) or Christine Howitt and please include same information.
3. Pay your course balance
The balance for Yoga courses is due on the first night of the course and is payable only by cash or cheque. Our concessionary rate is for people on benefits, low incomes, students, OAPs, etc. We do not require proof but ask you to personally self assess your circumstances. Do ask your teacher if you are unsure if you qualify for a concession.
Cancellation Policy For Yoga Courses
Deposits are not refundable. If you have to cancel part-way through, it’s best that you speak to the yoga teacher running your course about what their policy is.

Book A Weekend Workshop
You can pay £20 deposit for a Yoga workshop with Christine or Padmadarshini. All other workshops you book directly with the workshop leader (contact details on the event in the Calendar).
Book A Natural Therapy Treatment
You can fill in this Appointment form phone or email us with your enquiry and we will ask the therapist to contact you to arrange an appointment or to answer any questions you may have 0161 833 2528 or email@example.com or via our appointment booking form.
If you cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before we won’t charge you. But if you don’t turn up without letting us know with 48 hours notice we will need to charge for that appointment.
