Life can sometimes be stressful, challenging and unfulfilling and this can deeply affect our emotional and physical wellbeing. But when these feelings, thoughts and behaviours get in the way of life and our relationships, then it can be helpful to seek support. Through support from the Counsellor you can become more aware of your thoughts, feelings and help you navigate through your difficulties.

Our bodies hold all the accumulation of our experience, how we connect to this experience is pivotal to our appreciation of being alive. As a Hakomi therapist my curiosity inclines to discovering the body’s wisdom, a wisdom that when held with respect, leads to a place of understanding and love, a sort of natural integration.

As an integrative therapist, I intend to support you in reflecting on the way you live today, what you wish for, and how to loosen the influence the past has on your present and future. This work is collaborative and guided by your needs in terms of scope and pace. My approach is warm, empathic, at times dynamic, and always keeping your best interest in mind. I offer both open-ended sessions and OnePlus Therapy (also known as Single-session Therapy. Watch video here)

Alastair: Sessions are usually 1 hour in duration and cost £55
Free 30 minute phone appointment
Concessions may be available

Grazyna: – open-ended therapy costs £60 per session (50 min) or £55 per session if the client is able and willing to pay in advance for one month (that usually, but not always, means 4 sessions).
– OnePlus Therapy costs £90 per session (50 min).
