Join Saz (they/them) for a weekly Mindful Kundalini Yoga class designed to boost your energy and relax your mind.

Kundalini Yoga, sometimes known as the yoga of awareness, can help restore balance, ease stress and support embodied healing, through a potent mix of yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful awareness. We will explore the neuroscience of how stress lives in our bodies, how to self-regulate and create a more resourced state of being.

Mindful Kundalini fosters body positivity and is accessible to all sizes, shapes and abilities. No prior experience of yoga or mindfulness is needed. You can expect to feel stronger, calmer and more self-confident, with more tools and resources to help you manage the challenges of everyday life.
