Classes are for all levels and are beginner friendly. Your practice should challenge you but also meet you where you are…so no pain to get into awkward poses.
In each session we pay attention to the patterns and quality of the breath and combine this with mindful movement. Many of the sequences take inspiration from yoga asana, somatic movement and elements of Qigong to create a mixed style of relaxation and movement practice that prioritises comfort.
Props are generally used as standard and there is always a modification available.
