Start your day calm and refreshed using constructive rest, lying in semi-supine, to gently ease into your day aligning your body, mind and energy. We’ll look at some easy everyday activities using Alexander’s discoveries to support healthy movement patterns. You’ll need a yoga mat, or blanket on the floor and a small pile of paperback books to rest your head on.
