Saz Domville

Hi, my name is Saz (they/them), and I am a Kundalini Yoga and Mindfulness teacher accredited by KRI, the Yoga Alliance UK and the British Wheel of Yoga.

I completed my 220-hour Kundalini Yoga training with I-Sky in 2017 and Breathworks Teacher Training in 2021. I have since undertaken further in-depth yoga training with Guru Dharam Singh and Siri Sat (Kundalini Medicine), Carolyn Cowan (Kundalini Global), Petra Coveney (Menopause Yoga) and Dr Arielle Schwartz (Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery).

I am also a person-centred psychotherapist, integrating talking therapy, creativity and a body-based approach, in my practice here at Bodywise.

My yoga classes foster body positivity and are accessible to all sizes, shapes and abilities. No prior experience of yoga or mindfulness is needed. You can expect to feel stronger, calmer and more self-confident, with more tools and resources to help you manage the challenges of everyday life.
